Misteri Segitiga Bermuda, Cerita lama tentang adanya segitiga bermuda merupakan salah satu misteri belahan dunia Barat yang mendunia dan berabad-abad telah menyimpan kisah yang tak terpecahkan. Fenomena ini dipicu banyaknya kapal dan pesawat yang hilang secara misterius. Pertama diketahui tenggelamnya kapal HMS Rosalie pada tahun 1840. Mengejut lagi tahun 1945 Penerbangan 19 yang merupakan kesatuan angkatan udara terdiri dari lima pesawat pembom angkatan laut Amerika Serikat tiba-tiba menghilang setelah mengirimkan laporan mengenai gejala pandangan yang aneh, para pilot sempat meminta pertolongan lewat radio namun mereka raib. Setelah itu, dikirimkan regu penyelamat untuk menjemput penerbangan tersebut, namun tidak hanya pesawat Penerbangan 19 yang belum ditemukan, regu penyelamat juga ikut lenyap. Lalu tahun 1952 Pesawat British York transport lenyap dengan 33 penumpang. Di tahun 1962 US Air Force KB-50 yaitu sebuah kapal tanker lenyap tanpa bekas. Kemudian hilangnya pesawat transpor C-119 Flying Boxcar pada 7 Juni 1965 Pesawat tambun mesin ganda milik AU AS bermuatan kargo dengan 10 awak ini sebenarnya hampir menuntaskan perjalanan tak ada yang mencurigakan, kerusakan teknispun tak pernah dilaporkan. Tetapi Boxcar tak pernah sampai tujuan.
Keajaiban terjadi lagi, tanggal 23 Maret 1973. Kapal Jerman, bernama Anita (20.000 ton), menghilang dengan 32 kru. Tahun 1976 SS Sylvia L. Ossa lenyap dilautan 140 mil sebelah barat Bermuda. 1978 Douglas DC-3 Argosy Airlines Flight 902 menghilang setelah lepas landas dan kontak radio terputus. Hingga hilangnya Kapal Freighter Genesis setelah berlayar dari Port of Spain menuju St Vincent pada tahun 1999. Sungguh mencekam.
Ada yang menghubung-hubungkan Segitiga Bermuda dengan kota Atlantis yang hilang karena ditemukan piramida di dasar laut Segitiga Bermuda. Juga menyebut bahwa segitiga adalah lorong waktu.
